Weakness/ How To Improve on ELA Regents

My Weakness:
  • Part 4 Reading and Writing for Critical Analysis and Evaluation
  • Not having any books that relate to the quote giving using Literary Elements
  • I'm not good remembering exact details of the book because I might not have recently read the book
How to Improve:
I think I could improve my Writing skills for Part 4 in the ELA regents by revising some books and also re-reading story maps, practices essays that Ms.Hyde has giving us. I could make an outline which well refresh my memory in thinking of literary element. I have to make to sure that I don't rush my work because then I won't organize my ideas.

Plot Fences

Plot:
Fences is a play in which Rose wants to built a fence around her home symbolizing that she would keep the ones she loves close to her. This quote is when Troy is telling Jim Bono how much he loves Rose and how much he cares about her. He is describing his love for Rose. He quotes that his love for her is so strong at times it hurts him.

“Okay, Troy… you’re right. I’ll take care of your baby for you… cause like you say… she’s innocent… and you can’t visit the sins of the father upon the child. A motherless child has got a hard time. From right now… this child got a Mother But you are a womanless man.”
